His main issue is constant staff turnaround, lots of extra charges on top of managment fee, everytime they re sign a lease they take a weeks letting fee etc.

been with them last 6 years not happy. They change property managers, every year they charge a weeks rent to resign a lease, every time they sneeze there is a charge. Small boutiqe agent. Fees, what services they provide, re assurance. Medows property group. Currently 1629 per month in rent, 125.43 per month in managing fees and 4.4 statement fee.
