Floor plan, sorry it is a screen grab from the builders plans so it doesn't have room sizes.3 bedroom, 2 bath, double car garage and parking for 2 car in front. Condition is brand new. Only exploring renting it as an option as life has changed a bit since beginning the build so trying to decide to move or not. Curious on how much it might rent for (obviously) and looking online $550-$600 seems quite possible. What sort of percentage commission to property managers charge and what do you get for the money?
