I am looking for a property manager. I do not intend selling the property at this time. The property is currently tenanted therefore the new property manager would be receiving the property from current property manager.
I would like to understand all fees that are payable to do this and ongoing management fees. Note that the current rental agreement will expire on 9 March 2023 and I do not know if the option to renew the lease has been made to the current tenants.
