Sorry for the late reply. I have a 1 bed 1 bath 1 study 1 car park investment apartment in the Phillip. Tenant is currently living in it and paying $500 a week. I know the real estate market is bad right now, but I would like to sell it for at least $450,000. I don't know if that's possible. I know it's harder because there's a tenant living in it, but if there are investors interested, it could be a good deal. If you know of any agencies that meet these criteria, can you let me know?
