The property is currently rented but will be vacated on 18 December. Therefore, it will be available for a new tenant from 20 December. At the moment, there is no property manager, and the house is rented to one of the vendors friends. However, since they have had a change in their work schedules and have limited free time, the vendors prefer to use the services of a property manager. Brief description: Four bedrooms and a TV room. Two bathrooms. Very close to the main shopping center in Halls Head—about 800 meters away. It’s also close to a nice golf course if anyone is interested in golf. It’s a few minute walk to a beach, not far to schools, and near bus stops. The location is really excellent. There’s one parking space, but there’s plenty of space for parking outside the house.
