Please contact Kerry - has a currently listed property and is not confident the agent will be able to sell at a good price so looking into a Plan B for when the agency exclusive expires. Had selected agent as they were same agency selling a property they had made an offer on for ease of transaction. That has now fallen through so not in a major rush to offload the property. More concerned about getting a good price.
