Dani is looking at selling their investment property in Hidden Valley. It has been managed by Cook and Associates in the past, but they have retired and rent roll was taken over by Ray White. They are down in Brisbane and are looking for a local agent to sell in the new financial year, as well as compare the information they are getting from the Ray White property manager (they want a 6 month lease in the first instance, RW are saying they can only have 12 etc).
