Vendor is considering relocating from the area so would like to talk to you about possibly selling his Owner occupied home. It is a 3 bed, 1 bath (though there's a second toilet in the laundry) new balcony in back plus new kitchen.
interior condition is generally pretty good, Vendor advised exterior, other than the balcony, isn't great. yard is nice enough though. He is getting quotes for professional painter for exterior - but its an old fibro house. Also solar, double glazed windows and full envelope insulation to block the train noise.
