Sue and her husband are looking to buy a new home in Tuart Hill area. To be Owner Occupied for a period although would like some investment potential in the future. They are after preferrably a house 3x2x2 - can be an older home - quite like that idea she mentioned on a 300-400m2 block. They currently could spend $700k, but are talking to their broker whether they use equity in their current home or sell. That will make a difference in PP.
