Elizabeth is in the early stages of looking to downsize her home of 11 years She is a little anxious about the process so looking for an agent that is confident and a good negotiator but also can guide her through without being pushy, insensitive or arrogant Home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a nice sized study/office at front of home A wrap around porch and 3 "garden rooms" as she calls them including a "glorious lemon tree" She installed a colorbond fencing in neutral colour with has given her privacy and security Feels it is a very safe home, great for family and has an alarm system Double garage with internal access, a formal lounge and (first generation) solar panels x 6 1200-1500 ltr water tank Elizabeth is anxious about the process as she is also needing to purchase and will need funds to be released to purchase new property and she is not sure how that will work. Would like to remain in Berwick but open to suburbs such as clyde north, cranbourne north or East or beaconsfield but feels that may be out of budget. Looking for smaller land but still room for a garden, 2 bedrooms so she has one for the grandchildren and less than 10 years old.
