Currently occupied, same tenants past 2 years. House is Approx 15 years old, good condition elevated timber board structure, 4bed 2bath, large shed, 1/4 acre block approx 300m from beach. PM is Ray White. Lease is up in November. Vendors are considering selling or changing agencies for the PM. Please assist with both appraisals so the vendor can make a decision which way to proceed.
