3 bedrooms, 1 with built in robes but not the others. It has a newish kitchen but we have not spent much in this house.It has a long 3 car covered carport/garage with door running the length of the house. The bathroom, laundry and toilet are all very old. The backyard Rouse Realty manage all the properties and Ian (my husband) has bee in touch regarding current approximate prices although we haven't said any agent has them to sell. Greg Glover of PRD sold one of our other properties at 91 Banksia Ave and also my parents house at 16 Seagull Ave. Greg had just recently informed us of the auction price at 18 Spindrift but no agent has been told they have them to sell.
