Worry is that the property is unique, wants to list in a way that's methodical, wants to get understanding of the market, wants to understand who might buy it and for how much. Not ready for market, building inspections done, in the process of cleaning and decluttering. Not after an agent who will spin a line, trustworthy. Has been in sales all his life, knows salesmen looking to find 2 or 3 good ones and give them that opportunity.
