**Due to potential job relocation interstate in January 2021, wants to find property manager to lease his property with:
4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, study, small extra TV room, open plan kitchen & dining area, ducted air-conditioning, security fence, polished concrete floors (no carpet or wood) huge backyard which requires regular grass cutting in the spring / summer and kept neat and tidy - 820 m2 property
