Currently tenanted, tenants aren't doing the best job of presenting it in the best possible light. They're not sure if they should try to sell it with the tenants in place, or wait until after they've moved out and risk it being on the market for a while with no rent money coming in to cover the mortgage, so they're looking for advice on that too.
