Tim Blakeley is acting on behalf of the half owner **Tony Long** this will probably be a divorce settlement sale, Tony is his friend an is assisting him to start the process of getting appraisals for their solicitor.
AT the moment the owner is in Sydney, house is empty but no access at this stage, he requires two agent drive by appraisals outlining costs, etc which will be discussed and decision made.
