The building is named “Drummond Place” . It is a retirement community owned by Australian Unity who have an aged care home a stone’s throw away. It was built about 3 years ago. Only One Fell Swoop, who are the agents appointed by Australian Unity to sell all the apartments in the building.? There are still 20 unsold apartments out of 90..... My wife doesn’t want to speak to any other agents.? She thinks One Fell Swoop are the best candidates.? But my view is that One Fell Swoop don’t advertise properties on their own website, and the Drummond Place website has a very limited reach, so we aren’t being publicised.? So I would like to speak to agents but I don’t have any date in mind.....We leave Carlton in two weeks’ time on Nov 25th.? I want some advice regarding what we should do.? I don’t want to leave without having clarified the way to go. So as you can see, I need some help!
