Hi, Thanks for your call. It's easier for to text. When convenient let me know when a good time would be for you to view property for appraisal. It's currently tenanted for $500 per week as adjustment business but they are flexible with allowing you in. Although I am looking to see if the value is worth selling, I would prefer my tenant not be informed of this until it's necessary. I'l inform her it's for bank. The address is 5 Jamieson road Capel.
