So far we have only spoken to Mark Daniels from Explore Property at this point in time and mainly because the last time we rented it the house was trashed by the tenants 🥺and we were so disgusted and angry that we asked Mark to have a look at the house(he had done before - in between tenants) and give us some indication of what we were looking at to sell it...however the rental/real estate market has improved since that time and obviously the house had been restored to a saleable home again BUT despite the constant call for rentals and after two episodes of “trashing” we have had it with renting and have decided at aged 65 and 67 respectively we would prefer to sell. We obviously are trying to be as realistic as possible as regards pricing and have considered “selling it ourselves” on line ....depending on how much we can sell it for with a real estate agent (the preferred method) with fees etc taken out.... We are able to talk to agents from this weekend. Just wondering if all Real Estate agents would be expected to charge the same commission etc. or is there any competition? We would also like the property to be able to be seen on line from other states...
