Adrian's partners mum passed away very recently and he is the initial contact for selling his father in laws home
Run as student accommodation hence the bedrooms, maybe 8/9 plus 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens
it is early in the process however the home needs a bit of work including some minor damage done downstairs in the last floods but looking for advice from agents on wether to complete or sell as is
