Nov 25 - asked to be taken off the list of referrers
OCT 25 (nr) - kylie ok - said has done business with us and that has been ok, but she does not like that we have the 24 month clause on the referrals - i told her that is really to capture divorces and deceased Estates as they can take a little time to get ready and sell. She understood that and thought fair enough, but did not want to have the for any other referrals we sent. I said we will always call her to discuss before sending a referral. This one is definitely selling later this year as he has bought another property.
20/11/23 by the time I cover my costs not worth it for a 250k land (will not use her motivation low vf)
Feedback from vendor - She is RUDE not happy about the Kylie
