FEEDBACK - I feel the need to say that we had a very negative experience with the selected agent Brad Conder, unsure if you run a review process at all, but thought I would provide that feedback.
FEEDBACK WAS THAT MARKETING WAS FORGOTTEN OR DELAYED SO THAT ONLY 2 OPEN HOMES WITH NO-ONE AT THE SECOND. ONLY PEOPLE SHOWN PROPERTY WERE ON THE AGENTS DATABASE. VENDOR THEN UNSURE IF THEY GOT THE BEST PRICE POSSIBLE AS MARKET WAS NOT TESTED PROPERLY.
