Great Feedback - Honestly we haven’t sold for many years (bought but not sold) so we found the while process had changed quite substantially and felt quite safe with James driving the process. James is a strong communicator and kept us in the loop at all times, he was honest (I know hard to believe in a sales person) but he was honest with his feedback and who he felt were the potential purchasers all the way through and he was on the money the two parties he thought would be the ones were infact the bidders to the end. I have likened James to a panther, he sits back, assess, evaluates and waits for the right moment then its 100% full speed ahead and in the blink of an eye its all over and you are kind of left spinning. A great experience and would highly recommend James to anyone wishing to sell or infact work with to find and purchase a house from as he really is honest all-round and cares about the outcome for everyone.
