11/2025 - UNRESPONSIVE to new lead, numerous contact attempts (then came back and said it was a pre-existing, but client had thanked me for the intro, apparently had her name from an open they were selling another property in area. "Wiggler" to negate fees if possible - Mark.
21/8/23 - Luke is not into the "referring 3 agents" situation he feels it overwhelms them so would prefer not to receive the lead unless exclusive or he can have a 24 hour head start, most agents asked for this I would say a big no BUT he has been doing super fast turn arounds as below so personally I will be referring to select vendors - particularly properties for investors, any that want a quick no hassle sale - Kiley
*Sent a referral on 11th to Luke. On the 14th received from Luke - "Secured the listing and a buyer for the property on a 7 Day unconditional contract"
But wait, there's more. As I received Lukes message I happened to be working on a 2nd Townsville MA so sent directly to him on 14th and on the 18th got from Luke - "Secured an off market offer that has been accepted. Going to list and sign contract today" - Kiley
