8/6/22 **Karl called to give Feedback that for low value units (Under $500k we should charge 10% comms to make his bottom dollar worth it and 20% for anything over $450K ) **After speaking to him for 15mins he still wants our leads but thinks 20% too much for the low value ones. vf
**Nundah his core area charges 2.5% inc. gst in comms and out of area he charges 3.3% + gst or slightly negotiable.
