Feedback from competing Agent - take with large grain of salt: The Agency they have gone with is Freedom Realty – Lee Hughes, he is a one bad man and one of our clients that just sold through him and purchased off us had such an ordeal with him, i.e. told the Seller a higher price, then a week after it was listed started to hammer the Seller to reduce the price!!!, then when he had an offer he wanted the Seller to sign the Contract first before the Buyer did, we advised him not to and to Contact his Solicitor!!!
