FEEDBACK ON WHY SHE WILL NOT TAKE ON DIVORCES - I have had several marriage settlement listings with husband in possession of house that were very difficult because of trauma of divorce etc. Ive had male vendors not cope and turn on me when alone in house with them,so I suggest you maybe best to persue a male agent. From my experience the men often resent a female agent selling their homes. Ive decided I wont list..ive had some exteme situations with males.with mental health issues thst have restrictive orders placed on them . Frankly i ve decided that i will avoid the stress levelled at female agents from many of these men in similar circumstances..my market is mainly top end farms and acreages. 2 of these men stalked me and were threstening. I dont need it. And will refuse to list marriage settlements is a decision made recently after a very bad experience. Not all men are dangerous . .but many are when losing their main asset through the courts
