Feedback(nr) - Matt from Wilson's is brilliant. My property is already under contract subject to finance plus building and pest inspections.
I highly recommend Matt to anyone who values a professional real estate agent. He has gone above and beyond to ensure that I got the best result. He is so easy to work with and makes himself available to me at odd hours. He has constantly communicated with me regarding the process and what needs to take place etc..
I would value if you could pass on my feedback to Matt and Wilson's. They need to know how valuable Matt is. Over my 67 years I have bought and sold 18 properties and this has been my best experience.
