Elizabeth Cross said this agent was rude and did not really want the listing. Asked why she called us? Suggestions to remove her belongings and stage the place better were also conveyed rudely. as were comments regarding the property re views, could possibly be built out.
Vendor cancelled our other agent also
Be aware this agent seems to be adding our fees on top of her commission. She came back to me saying our client wasnt aware of the 20% referral fee. Dont refer if you can help it!
