Around Yeppoon / declined land after accepting noting low margins. Re higher value properties noted "We would definitely consider it." Will also take on higher end properties in Emerald, but has to split fee with another agent as he lives in Yeppoon. Safest bet - refer for Yeppoon & call for Rockhampton area - Mark 22/07/2025
