You mentioned on the phone you only charge 1 week letting fee inc gst and sales leads sold incur 20% fee once sold , is that off total commission ? For selling we charge a minimum of 1.8% sale commission , and the base marketing package is $3600 so sellers would get $1800 back once sold. For leasing we charge 5.5% management fee inc gst, after the initial first 3 month period and for all new properties we charge a 1.5 week letting fee - advertising 350. These are one off costs associated with leasing new properties.
