GREAT FEEDBACK - (nr) All 3 agents put forward good proposals but what stood out with Alyta Brinkworth and 3Realty was the focus Alyta had on showing our property to it's best potential. Her approach focused on the attractions of our property and it's location and how she would capitalize on those points, rather than her previous sales history or possible price. In particular, her use of the WhatsApp group for our property in keeping everyone (her, us, her team) all informed of things so there was only one version of what happened. This communication was very timely (very soon after open homes or inspections) and we always knew what was happening, from initial stage to unconditional contract exchange. Her professional skills were outstanding in securing us the result and we would have no hesitation in recommending her, or your company as the starting point. .......................................... Alyta noted left RW, which then split. Ty kept RW and the other Principle Troy opened Envouge. Troy has attributed Alyta's sales to Amy (who is not licenced) of his office (and they are aggressively going after all their vendors too). There are some unsavoury legal matters too with Troy.
