GOOD FEEDBACK - Harcourt’s Katrina Keegan (Seller’s agent) and Penelope Nicholls (Buyer’s agent) work very well together, are excellent in communicating the state of play, and have been honest with me regarding the condition of the unit. Which translates to the reality of a lower price – I’m not complaining, their brief was straightforward.
They are both so very enthusiastic about their work, and despite not having met either of them (I live in Adelaide), I feel very comfortable that the job has been handled well, especially considering the circumstances.
