12/1/24 - despite great feedback re my agent Corey, David ultimately won the listing... may be a great option for leads in this area going forward - Kiley Hi Kiley, we met with Corey Bell from Cronulla REA who is an exceptionally thorough, patient and helpful man with terrific ideas and he definitely deserves a great deal of respect. We decided against seeing Ivan from Gibson's as Corey gave us all the answers we were looking for and much more. We see our other agent on Thursday and will make a decision soon after. My son is very interested. Corey and David Kennedy are both trusted and thorough so it's going to be a tough call.
