24/7/25- Hi Vicki, Paul was very happy with everything I sent him and appreciative. But - unfortunately - he also caught up with the agent who sold it to him and he said it was like chatting with an old friend, so he has decided to use him. :((. Disappointing but understandable since they had a relationship. I would love the opportunity to assist you again though. Happy to go anywhere across Canberra. 26 years selling real estate has taken me most places - except for the high rise apartments right in the city - they are not my favourite because the parking & access is usually rubbish - so best for someone else who has all the confidence and knows all the tricks surrounding the location which I do not. Thanks again for the opportunity though.
