04/2019 - I have a relationship with Katie Porter already and have already appraised the property just after her Mum passed away. I have also just sold a home for them at 52 Highlands Street. I have no idea why the sister is looking for agents, but would hope that I will be called in for an appraisal by Katie whose name is on the title before anything else happens. Consequently I cannot accept this lead.

10/2017 - Declined,1 BR unit in that block which will sell for less than $300,000 and pay you 20% of my commission.
