9/4/24 Please only refer future listings to me that we are the only agent you are referring, we are very active agents that are happy for referrals at 20% but I’m sick of getting referrals with flood lines over them and competing against multiple agents whilst losing 20% in the process. If this request is out of line, please stop sending referrals, as I’m getting sick of spending my time following up on referrals that lead nowhere.
