I don’t support your business model and while weaker agents who are struggling for business may be willing to pay you a 20% referral fee. I never will. I have the greatest success of any agent in the local area and if a potential seller, instead wishes to use a 3rd party website such as yours to find their agent, they are welcome to – I will pick up the listing second time around, when the seller has been on the market for 6 months with no success.
