I said it’s not an apartment. She then talked again although clearly hadn’t listened or heard & told me again she doesn’t sell apartments, only homes. I just though #1 you haven’t taken the time to listen #2 how dejected would you feel if you had an apartment because of circumstances or whatever and somebody said to you that they steer clear of them. A better approach would have been - I’m sorry, I don’t sell apartments HOWEVER I have a colleague who does OR - I can recommend or pass your details to…etc etc etc. In this life we really should be as equally helpful & uplifting to people whether they have tiny bed sits or apartment, a homes or a church. Just my opinion (?) I guess we got off to an odd start so I’d like to leave it there. I’m a great believer in the power of the universe leading us in the right direction and equally deterring us from a less favourable direction. You’ve been wonderful, thank you Kiley x Nayima
