10/06/26 - Peter had to decline one due to pre-existing, was very apologetic and said he thinks our leads are great and was worried about hurting his relationship with us. FYI Vendor gave me 3 agent names he had contacted but learned later he used 2 other referral services PLUS a vendors advocate that takes 40% of comms.. Kiley
