28/9/23 - Kim declined as (and I am paraphrasing) vendors don't know they are being contacted by an agent and feels that it wastes her time, when I asked if she was sure that it was our leads she said we are the only ones she deals with.. I said if there was a particular case I can look into it as we record all our calls with vendors but strangely she didn't have one and then suddenly asked how long referrals last for.. she was quite abrupt and negative - personally I will not be referring to her in future - Kiley
