15/6/22 Hi Veronica, We dealt with Julia to begin with, who let us know straight away that she would be overseas when our campaign really took off. Julia then left us in Janine’s care. Julia was very helpful, gave honest feedback on the presentation of our property and offered low cost suggestions to improve its aesthetic appeal - mostly removing or clearing items and adding flowers. We took her advice and she supported us to get high quality photos. I believe her knowledge and understanding of marketing made all the difference. Both Julia and Janine were always punctual, professional and willing to answer all our questions. This is the third time I’ve sold a property but the first time I’ve truly felt ‘helped’ by the agent.
