MAY 24 - Ricky noted the block has inquiries but not to the point of selling - 9m frontage so a specialist build needed - also on the most busiest road in Geelong. Vendors are losing $100k on this investment anyhow so are happy to sit on the listing with Risky.


RICKY - SALES UPDATE - Hi Natalie, thanks for checking in, obviously blocks of land and the building industry is been the hardest hit with these interest rate rises etc. However the vendor did authorise a price reduction in the last couple of days which has seen a little bit more inquiry but still lots of work to be done, trying to get them some designs of plans that I can advertise that might suit the block bucket. It is only 8.5 m wide
