14/06/2022 - Chad: Yes I have appraised and its on hold at present as her husband is in hospital.


12/06/2022 - David: Connected today and unfortunately Mary's husband is in hospital which is where she was last time I connected. Mary says that because of the uncertainty of what is happening with her husband she needs to put the disussions about the sale of their property on hold.
