8/6/22 - I have signed 21 Commissions flat road but she is not sure if she wants to sell atm (end of year more like) _ Dan
6/6/22 - Spoke with Meloney this morning, she said that after speaking with her lawyer she will be holding on to the property till at least the end of the year.
3/6 Update from Andrew: he called Mel, but she was in Melb and has not had a chance to appraise will keep in touch with her once she is back vf
