26/08/19: FU sent to vendor to see if he's looking to sell
22/05/18: Spoke to vendor who doesn't believe he is looking to sell anytime soon as his property has reduced in value since the purchase and he doesn't want to lose money. Noted I would get Nat to following up and see how things are going in the warmer months of Spring.
11/07/16: Spoke to Martyn. Not selling at the moment. Can't afford to. Is going to sit on the property for a while. Liked Paul from McGRATH. Will call him if his circum change.Thanked us for ref good agents. Market glut ata the moment for appart in Glenelg. Michelle 11/7/16
