FYI, there is a tenant in at the moment that is not vacating till 7 August and they have indicated they do not want any marketing while still there and I have to respect that, as it is their right.

I would like/prefer to do a sale for this unit but not auction just a sale price of 750 K– 795K ono.

I think it is a great entry level apartment with space, Parking and a good size balcony. Well located to NS CBD & City CBD, transport, schools and cafes etc.
