11/5- Jo went out this morning appraised, client waiting on one more and make decision. 

Lovely lady, probably not the castle they always think they have, but I pride myself on giving honest appraisals, not fluffed up just to land the listing, so not sure it was what she wanted to hear but will wait and see.

29/11- both agents are responsive and have been updated. 

Client: yes both made contact frantically painting and tidying up needs another week and will call themGot all the mowing Done house is looking good out front:)
