18/6  Spoke to Janet again today. I revised the commission fee and marketing fee to suit her. She is happy with my proposal but not ready yet to sell her unit. Try again in mid August 2022.


15/6 CLIENT:  They have but the commission and advertising fees are so high I am unsure what to do and one was so rude saying if you don't like it go somewhere else! I couldn't believe his arrogance
