30/06/2022 - Con: I have a good chance of listing Sampson drive. The vendor is still playing 3 agents against each other to bring buyers through , me included. I had a really good chat with him today and I asked him that if he was one of these agents agents trying to win the business would he tell the vendor that their buyers have no interest? Of course not. You are getting a false sense d security because no one can talk to you comfortably because you will rule them out. It dawned on him that si was so right. This will either help or hinder the listing. I think it has helped. We will find soon enough.-   Mark
